This is a one hour vinyasa flow practice suitable for all levels of yoga as we connect breath with movement. Sukha Sundays

12 PM – 1 PM

Joy Collective – Unit 102, 10137-104 St, Edmonton

Virtual Option Available

Sundays are for sweetness. This class incorporates elements of yin, stretchy flows and meditation to let go of the last week and get ready for the week ahead. This class is perfect for beginners as well as advanced yogis and athletes who need to balance out their yang practices and stretch deeply into their connective tissue. Expect to leave class feeling calm and rejuvenated.

Important note: Students attending a class with me are required to provide proof of double vaccination prior to attending class. This proof of vaccination will be noted on your account so you will only have to show it to me once. You are more than welcome to attend virtually if you cannot provide this proof of vaccination.

Feeling safe in your practice space is one of my most important values. Consequently, I must practice ahimsa (the “do no harm” tenet of yoga) and cannot in good conscience put any of my students at risk given the rise in COVID-19 cases among the unvaccinated. I also want to make sure we’re able to stay open and continue to provide in-person yoga classes. As per the provincial mask mandate, masks will still be required when you enter the studio but can be removed once you arrive at your mat. Let’s continue to be safe and move forward together in whatever ways we can.
