Virtual Vinyasa Flow

Wednesdays on Zoom

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM



This is a one hour vinyasa flow practice suitable for all levels of yoga as we connect breath with movement. Expect to be challenged physically while taking this hour to reconnect with YOU — your breath, body, mind and soul. Setting aside space for yourself is the biggest challenge — stepping onto your mat is the great reward.

Sukha Sundays

Sundays, starting April 2

12 PM – 1 PM

Boulders Climbing Gym

Sundays are for sweetness. This class incorporates elements of yin, stretchy flows and meditation to let go of the last week. This class is perfect for beginners as well as advanced yogis/athletes to balance out their yang practices and stretch deeply into connective tissue. Expect to leave class feeling calm and rejuvenated.

Slow Flow

Mondays until May 15

8:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Westmount Community League Hall

Suitable for all levels of yogis, this flow yoga class moves slower than the typical vinyasa class to really stretch out our muscles and calm our minds at the start of the workweek. $12/class, payable in cash or by cheques made out to Westmount Community League.
