Virtual Vinyasa Flow

This is a one hour vinyasa flow practice suitable for all levels of yoga as we connect breath with movement. Expect to be challenged physically while taking this hour to reconnect with YOU — your breath, body, mind and soul. Setting aside space for yourself is the biggest challenge — stepping onto your mat is the great reward.

Sundays are for sweetness. This class incorporates elements of yin, stretchy flows and meditation to let go of the last week. This class is perfect for beginners as well as advanced yogis/athletes to balance out their yang practices and stretch deeply into connective tissue. Expect to leave class feeling calm and rejuvenated.
Power Yoga Flow
Thursdays, starting September 8
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

This is a one hour power yoga flow practice suitable for all levels of yogis. We’ll build strength through repetition and creative sequencing, while connecting our breath to movement. A good physical challenge where you can truly experience progression!
