Vinyasa & Vino
A strong mind-body connection can influence all parts of our life experience – including our palate! In this workshop created and designed by Arielle Demchuk, CYT-200 and WSET Level 2, we work through an hour-long expansive breath work and yoga flow practice that links breath with movement and strengthens that connection between mind, body and soul.
Following our yoga practice, we do an educational tasting of three-four wines, led either by Arielle or a local wine importer depending on the size of the event. Individual charcuterie plates to pair with the wine are also provided by Art of Charcuterie YEG. After the tasting, participants will have the opportunity to order bottles of any of the wine they liked.

Yin & Gin
The workshop will begin with a one-hour, full-body Yin practice to chill out at the end of the week and relax our tired and sore muscles. Following our stretch, we will learn more about the history of Gin, how it’s made, and partake in a tasting of three Canadian craft gins with different flavour profiles.
At the end, you’ll pick your favourite of the three gins and raise a toast to our time together with a full gin and tonic cocktail!
